Day 1: Arrival in Colombo

• Proceed to Sigiriya and check in at the hotel.

Day 3: Polonnaruwa and Minneriya Safari

 

• Visit the Polonnaruwa site.

• Enjoy a jeep safari at Minneriya National Park.

• Return to Sigiriya hotel.

Day 4: Sigiriya, Matale, and Kandy

 

• Climb Sigiriya Rock.

• Visit the spice garden in Matale.

• Continue to Kandy.

• Attend Kandyan dance performance and visit Temple of the Tooth.

• Check in at hotel in Kandy.

Day 5: Nuwara Eliya

 

• Travel to Nuwara Eliya.

• Visit Gregory Lake, race course, Hakgala Gardens, and town.

• Check in at Nuwara Eliya hotel.

Day 6: Ambewela and Horton Plains

 

• Visit Ambewela farm.

• Explore Horton Plains and World's End.

• Return to Nuwara Eliya hotel.

Day 7: Tea Factory, Ramboda Falls, and Pinnawala

 

• Visit Mackwoods Tea Factory and Ramboda Falls.

• Visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.

• Travel to hotel in Kalutara or Bentota (enjoy the beach and sea).

Day 8: Bentota and Galle

 

• Visit Bentota Turtle Hatchery.

• Enjoy a boat ride in Hikkaduwa Coral Gardens.

• Explore Galle site and Hummanaya.

• Return to hotel (enjoy the beach and sea).

Day 9: Colombo and Departure

 

• Travel to Colombo for shopping and sightseeing.

• Transfer to Katunayake Airport for departure or stay overnight in Colombo and depart the next day.
